# How do I know my booking is confirmed?

There's no separate confirmation email — **your players showing in the system, plus your payment going through, is the confirmation.**

To check, log in and open the **Players** page. Everyone you've booked should be listed there, including all leaders and accompanying adults, who must be added to the system in the same way. If they're all there and you've paid, your spaces are confirmed and there's nothing further to do.

If someone is missing, check that the upload finished successfully and that the payment completed — an interrupted upload is the usual cause. You can also [download a receipt](https://help.monopoly-run.co.uk/en/article/how-do-i-get-a-receipt-or-invoice-fbsn8n/) from the same page as proof of what you've paid for.

If your players still don't appear after payment, contact the helpdesk and we'll sort it out.
