# How do I update a team's phone number?

Phone numbers are the **one thing you can still change after the cut-off** — right up to the day of the Run, even while the rest of the system is in [lockdown](https://help.monopoly-run.co.uk/en/article/what-is-the-cut-off-deadline-1k6k0v/).

1. Log in to the booking system.
2. Go to the **Teams** page.
3. Click the kebab icon (three vertical dots) at the top right of the team block.
4. Click **Edit**.
5. Change the phone number.
6. Click **Save**.

So if a young person swaps phones the night before, or the number you gave turns out to be wrong, just update it — no need to contact us.

📍 These are the numbers we use to reach a team in an emergency and to send out the digital team packs on the morning, so it's worth checking them before you set off.
