# I can't log in, or I've forgotten my password

If your login worked last year, that's why it doesn't now — **all accounts are deleted after each Run** as part of our reset for the new event. You'll need to register again.

### I need to register again

1. Go to https://dashboard.monopoly-run.co.uk/register
2. Create a new account using your email address — the same one as last year is fine.
3. Log in as normal and set your group up again.

### I've forgotten my password

1. Go to https://dashboard.monopoly-run.co.uk/password/reset
2. Enter your registered email address and press the button.
3. A green box appears confirming the request has gone through. If you don't see it, press the button again.
4. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.

The email can take up to **30 minutes** to arrive and the link is time-limited, so use it as soon as it lands. Check your spam or junk folder too.

If the system tells you no account is registered with that address, you need to register again — see above.
