I haven't received any emails from you
Our goal is to minimize the number of emails we send, as we understand that excessive emails can be annoying. However, it’s essential to acknowledge that there are instances when increased communication is needed.
All emails will be dispatched to the email address that the group coordinator provided during registration. Occasionally, emails may not appear in the inbox, so we recommend checking any 'Categories' your email provider may use, like those found in Gmail and Apple. If you don't find them there, please check your Spam or Junk mail folders.
All email and SMS communications we send can also be found in the Notification Centre of the booking system. To access it, simply log into the Booking/Dashboard system and click the bell icon at the top right.
