What's the Primary phone?

The app has a couple of pages allowing you to see all the locations you must visit during the day and the ability to 'Check In'. However, These pages are restricted and will only allow one phone from the team to view them - this is what we call the 'Primary Phone'.

If you need to change your 'Primary Phone' during the day, call HQ, and they will provide you with an OTP (one-time password) to reset it to a different phone.

It is important to note that all team members can log into the app (using the same team login code), as there are other things to see and do in the app.

This has no connection to the phone numbers provided in the booking system. These numbers are intended for emergency contact with the teams and for distributing digital versions of the team packs at the day's start.
