Team Packs

Each team will receive two versions of their Team Pack:

• Digital Pack (sent via personalised link)
• Paper (Hard Copy)

Digital Pack

On the morning of the Run, we’ll send a text message to each team’s registered phone number.

This message includes a personalised link for your team to download your unique Team Pack, which also contains your app login details.

🔒 Please do not share your download link with anyone outside your team.

Paper Pack

If you prefer a printed version of your Team Pack, you can collect it from one of our marshals on the day.

Each team is entitled to one hard copy only.

Group Coordinators will receive a QR code the night before the Run (via email and in the booking system). At the Start Zone, a marshal will scan this QR code to issue your group’s packs.

Please note: Packs will only be issued if they haven’t already been collected by your group. You will only be able to collect your packs at your allocated Start Zone — not at another location (e.g. you cannot pick them up at Waterloo if your official Start Zone is elsewhere).

Preview Access

Group coordinators can view a redacted preview of the Team Pack in the booking system.

If you’d like to view this preview, please get in touch with your group coordinator.

Backup Access

The night before the Run, group coordinators will also be able to view all their teams’ login codes in the booking system.

This acts as a backup in case any text messages don’t arrive.

Badges

Everybody registered on the system will get a Monopoly Run "Live" badge as part of the entry fee. These badges will be sent to the group coordinator using the address supplied at the point of group registration. The badges will be packed and dispatched on the day of the Run, and you should expect to receive them sometime during the following week from the Run.
