When do we get the team packs & badges?

Team Packs

We will provide two versions of the app:
Digital pack
Paper/Hard copy

We send text messages to the numbers registered against each team, on the morning of the Run. These messages include a custom link for the team to download a team-specific version of the 'Team Pack', which will have the app login details. It's important not to share this link with anyone outside the team.

You also have the opportunity to collect a paper version of the pack from one of the marshalls who will be walking around. There is a maximum of one pack per team.

Group coordinators have access to a redacted version of the pack, which can be found on the booking system. If you are attending and would like to see the pack, please speak to your group coordinator.

The night before, Group Coordinators will receive access to all their teams' login codes (via the booking system) as a backup in case the text messages don't reach the teams.

Badges

Everybody who is registered on the system will get given a Monopoly Run "Live" badge as part of the entry fee. These badges will be sent out to the group coordinator using the address that was supplied at the point of group registration. The badges will be packed and sent on the day of the Run, you should expect to receive the badges sometime during the following week from the Run.
