When is the start time and where do we meet?

Team Start Zone Instructions:

• Arrival Time: Teams should be at the designated Start Zone, selected by your group coordinator (set after the first login), at least 10 minutes before your assigned start time.
• Start Zone Map: Group coordinators can view the exact location of the Start Zone on the dashboard page of the booking system.

Start Times:

• The first start time is 9:30 a.m., with additional start times every 5 minutes until 10:00 a.m..
• Start times are automatically assigned to games/teams, and we cannot accommodate requests for specific times.
• We will release your team's start time as soon as possible, typically within 7 days before the cut-off deadline. You can check your start time on the dashboard or the 'Teams' page of the booking system.

On-site Assistance:

• Starting at 9:00 a.m., our marshals will be available in the Start Zones and can provide paper copies of the team packs upon request.
• For those starting at Waterloo, marshals will be stationed under the clock in the station. Please be mindful to use the entire concourse if you're starting at this location.
