❓ Where do teams need to meet at the start of the event?

All teams must meet in their designated Start Zone (selected by the group at registration).

Your Start Zone is shown on the Dashboard page of the booking system, where it appears as a purple circle on the map (fully zoomable). Teams must be physically standing inside this purple area at their allocated start time. Access to the Start Zone map is available to Group Coordinators, so please ensure your coordinator checks the Dashboard in advance and shares the exact meeting point with the team.

If you do not check in correctly, your game will not begin, and you will be asked to return to the Start Zone to complete check-in, which will only waste your own time.
