How do we buy hotels?

🏨 Buying Hotels

Once your team owns all properties within the same colour group, you can purchase hotels on those properties — as long as your team has enough funds.

You do not need to be physically at the property location to buy a hotel. Hotels can be purchased at any time directly within the app or phoning into HQ and speaking to helpdesk.

To purchase a hotel:

Open the property in the app.
Go to the Property Details page.
Tap the “Purchase Hotel” button — this button will only appear if your team meets all the criteria for buying a hotel.

Please note:

Hotels cannot be purchased on the following locations:
- Utilities (and Jail)
- Stations
- Free Parking
