How does rent work?

💰 How Rent Works

Whenever your team owns a property, you will automatically receive rent (£) every time another team visits that property.

Here’s how rent is calculated:

• Standard Rent: You get the base rent amount for the property.
• Full Colour Set: If your team owns all properties in the same colour group, the rent for each property in that set is doubled.
• Hotels: If a property has a hotel, the rent is tripled compared to the standard rent.

Example:

• Property base rent: £100
• Own full colour set → rent = £200
• Own full colour set and property has a hotel → rent = £300

📲 Push Notifications: Every time you earn rent, all phones signed into your team in the app will receive a push notification letting you know you’ve earned money.
