I Can’t Log into the System!

If you’re having trouble logging into the Monopoly Run Live system, don’t worry — it’s usually one of two simple issues.

1️⃣ You’ve Forgotten Your Password

If you’ve previously registered but can’t remember your password:

1. Go to https://dashboard.monopoly-run.co.uk/password/reset
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Follow the link sent to your email to reset your password. If the system indicates that no account is registered with that email address, follow the steps in section 2.

Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes.

2️⃣ You Need to Re-register

Each year, all accounts are removed as part of our system reset for the new event.

This means even if you had an account last year, you’ll need to register again for this year’s Monopoly Run Live.

To re-register:

1. Visit https://dashboard.monopoly-run.co.uk/register
2. Create a new account using your email address.
3. Once your account is set up, you can log in as normal.
