What are Snapshots?

How is the live game different from the board game?

Unlike the traditional board game, our live version doesn’t automatically show you what other teams are doing or how the board is progressing in real time.

To help you stay informed, we’ve introduced a feature called Snapshots.

What are Snapshots?

Snapshots give your team a moment-in-time view of the game board at the point you purchase them. Each Snapshot shows:

• Your current locations
• Available locations
• Locations that have already been purchased
• Whether a location has a hotel

How much do Snapshots cost?

Each Snapshot costs £100.

How often can we buy a Snapshot?

Teams can purchase one Snapshot every 10 minutes.

There is no overall limit to how many Snapshots you can buy during the event — as long as you have sufficient funds, you can continue purchasing them (subject to the 10-minute interval).

Do Snapshots update automatically?

No. Snapshots only show the game status at the exact time they are purchased. They do not update throughout the day.

If you’d like to keep track of how the game is evolving, simply purchase additional Snapshots at the next available 10-minute interval.
