What do we do if we're going to be late?

Phone HQ on the day — not before, as there's nothing we can do in advance. The number is in your Event Pack: see what's the number to phone HQ on the day, and choose the check-ins option.

We can't hold the start, so a late team does begin at a disadvantage. We still need to know, because the Start Zone marshals keep a record of who's yet to arrive and when they can stand down.

When you get there, find a marshal and tell them you've arrived, so they can update the record.
