What if we come across a protest or demonstration?

Keep going, but use your judgement. We plan for demonstrations every year and we don't cancel a Run because of them — we've run alongside them before without trouble.

Most are noisy but placid, and passing on the far side of the road is usually fine. Judge it as you find it, and go round anywhere your team feels there's a risk.

Where we know about a planned protest, we'll send a push notification through the app so you can route around it.
