What is the cut-off deadline?

The cut-off deadline is the point at which the system “locks down.” After this time, no further registrations (for groups or players) will be accepted, and editing of teams or player details will be closed.

This allows us to prepare all the data needed for the Run. The cut-off deadline is typically set for a Friday, three weeks before the event.

Please note that spaces can sell out well before the cut-off if we reach our maximum capacity of 9,000 registered players. We strongly recommend ensuring your player details are ready before bookings open, as places tend to sell out very quickly, sometimes in as little as 3 days. Editing of players and teams is still available up to the cut-off deadline.
