When will my shop order arrive?

All shop orders go out together in a single batch, usually on the weekend before the Run, so your merchandise should reach you before the big day.

If your order includes pre-order items, or anything we can't fulfil in the main batch (extra stock of a popular product, for example), the whole order ships together — which means in-stock items may be held back until the pre-order stock arrives. We advertise the shipping date for those as soon as it's confirmed on the shop home page, so it's worth reading before you order.

⚠️ We can't offer collection or sell anything on the day, so order in time for it to be posted to you.
