What time do we start, and can we change it?
Starts are staggered between 9:30am and 10:00am, and your finish time follows the same stagger. Your team's time is allocated automatically, and it can't be chosen or changed.
What are the start and finish times?

We stagger them because of the number of people now taking part. Your team plays a full day either way — a later start means a later finish.
When will we know our time?
Times are allocated and released after the cut-off deadline, so at some point in the three weeks before the Run. We can't be more precise than that: it depends on how long the data takes to tidy up ready for putting teams into games.
Once released, your time is visible in the booking system, and it's printed on your team pack on the morning.
Can we ask for a particular time, or change ours?
No, sorry. The system allocates times randomly at the point teams are assigned to games, and with the number of teams involved we can't work around individual requests.
That means we don't reply to tickets asking to change a start time or to be given one early — so please don't spend your evening writing one. Plan on the full 9:30am to 5:30pm window and you'll be covered whichever time you get.
