What is the cut-off deadline?
The cut-off deadline is the point at which the booking system locks down. It's normally the Friday three weeks before the Run, and the exact date is shown on the dashboard of the booking system.
Everything is open right up to that moment — adding and removing players, correcting names, moving people between teams, changing your Start Zone. At the deadline all of it closes, and no further groups or players can be registered.
Why does it lock down?
Because we need three settled weeks to build the event. Teams are put into games, start times are allocated and Start Zones are finalised from whatever is in the system at the deadline. If the data kept moving, none of that would hold together.
Two exceptions
Team phone numbers can still be updated after lockdown, right up to the day of the Run — we need to be able to reach your teams.
Your group name can also still be corrected.
Don't wait for the deadline
Places can run out well before it, because the event capacity applies from the moment bookings open. Get your player details ready in advance rather than treating the cut-off as your working deadline.
