  • When is the Run & when do bookings open?
    Please note that we have a limit on the number of participants who can participate in the Run. Currently, this is set at 9,000. Spaces do go quickly, so don't wait too long.Popular
  • When do we get the team packs & badges?
    Team Packs Each team will receive two versions of their Team Pack: Digital Pack (sent via personalised link) Paper (Hard Copy) Digital Pack On the morning of the Run, we’ll send a text message to each team’s registered phone number. This message includes a personalised link for your team to download your unique Team Pack, which also contains your app login details. 🔒 Please do not share your download link with anyone outside your team.   • When are the start and end times?
    Due to the number of people who take part in the Run, we now have staggered start times these are: 9:30am - 5pm 9:35am - 5:05pm 9:40am - 5:10pm 9:45am - 5:15pm 9:50am - 5:20pm 9:55am - 5:25pm 10am - 5:30pm The allocation of start times is done randomly by the system at the point teams are assigned to games. We cannot accept requests for teams to be at specific start times, as the system deals with assigning start times automatically. Start times will be viewable on the system approximately aSome readers
  • Do you have a risk assessment?
    Yes. It can be found in the dashboard booking system when you've logged in. https://dashboard.monopoly-run.co.uk/ Please note that it is still your responsibility to have a suitable Risk Assessment for your group.   • When do we get to see the exact locations?
    As the day approaches, you can view a redacted version of the team pack through the booking system (your group coordinator can assist you with this). While this version won't pinpoint the exact spots along the road/street, it will outline the locations you must visit. The exact locations will be revealed in the team packs sent out on the morning of the Run and in the hardcopies you can collect on the day at the Start Zones.   • Do you have any suggestions on where to stay?
    There are a number of places in London where you can stay for the weekend.   • We've missed the cut off deadline, can we still book on? There are no more spaces left, help!!
    Missing the cut off deadline I'm afraid that we can't take any more groups/players after the cut off deadline. We have a lot to do in the 3 weeks between the deadline and the Run. Bookings always open around the end of October for the next Run, we would always suggest watching out on our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/MonopolyRun) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/monopolyrunlive) pages for the more up to date news.   • Can the app be used outside of the day?
    The app can only be used on the day of the official Run, as it requires the game system to also be setup up in order for it to work.Few readers
  • Can we change our start time? Can we ask for a start time?
    The allocation of start times is done automatically by the system. With the large number of teams we have participating, it's too much of a logistical nightmare to allocate specific start times to suit individual teams/groups, sorry. Please note that we won't be able to respond to help tickets that are "asking on the off chance" or "it doesn't hurt to ask" in regards to changing start times or directly asking for start times.Few readers
  • I haven't received any emails from you
    We aim to keep emails to a minimum, understanding that too many can be frustrating. However, there are times when more frequent communication is necessary. Email Delivery: All emails will be sent to the address provided by your group coordinator during registration. If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check any 'Categories' (like Gmail or Apple), as well as your Spam or Junk folders.   • How do I know if my spaces are confirmed?
    Once you’ve uploaded your players and completed payment in the Monopoly Run booking system, your spaces are confirmed. You can verify this by checking the Players page on the booking system. All confirmed participants will be listed there. If they appear on this page, your spaces are fully confirmed — there’s nothing more you need to do. Please note that all adults and leaders accompanying teams must also be added to the system. They will appear alongside the players on the PlaFew readers
