How do we check in at a location?

Check in through the app — it uses GPS to confirm you're in the right spot, and it's the quickest way. You need to be standing at the correct location, which you can find from the photo in your team pack or in the app.

Only your team's Primary Phone can check in. Everyone else can be logged into the app, but the check-in button won't be there for them.

If the app won't play ball, call HQ and we'll check you in over the phone. Expect a question you'll need to answer correctly before we can complete it.

⚠️ To start your game, you must check in at your Start Zone at your start time, either in the app or by phoning HQ. If you don't, you'll have to go back to the Start Zone to do it. Please don't get caught out.
