Who can log in, and what is the Primary Phone?

Everyone in the team can log in, using the same team login code — so it's worth all of you having the app.

But only one phone per team can see the locations list and do the check-ins. That phone is what we call the Primary Phone. Those two pages are locked to it; the rest of the app is open to everyone.

Can we move the Primary Phone to a different handset during the day?

Yes. Phone HQ and we'll give you a one-time password (OTP) to switch it to another phone. The number is in your Event Pack — see what's the number to phone HQ on the day.

Is the Primary Phone the number we gave in the booking system?

No — they're separate, and the Primary Phone doesn't have to be one of them. The numbers held in the booking system are used to text out the team pack link on the morning of the Run and to reach the team in an emergency.
