How do we log in to the app, and where's our team code?

Your team's login code appears on the 'Teams' page of the booking system on the Friday before the Run, after the Live Stream. Group coordinators can see every team's code there and pass each one to the right team.

On the morning of the Run we also text every registered team phone number a link to your digital Team Pack — the login details are on the front page.

Everyone in the team uses the same code. The app will only accept it on the day of the Run, so don't worry if it doesn't work beforehand — see can we use the app before the day?

⚠️ Treat login codes like passwords. Only the players in that team should have them.
