Can we reduce the number of teams we have?

Yes, up to the cut-off deadline — go to the Teams page in the booking system and remove the ones you don't need.

After the cut-off, no. That's the point at which we assign every team to a game, and taking teams out afterwards unbalances the game for the other groups in it. Please plan to bring the number of teams you had at the deadline.

Deleting a team doesn't remove the players in it or refund anything — they stay on your Players page. If people have dropped out, see removing a player and getting a refund.
