How do I update a team's phone number?

Phone numbers are the one thing you can still change after the cut-off — right up to the day of the Run, even while the rest of the system is in lockdown.

1. Log in to the booking system.
2. Go to the Teams page.
3. Click the kebab icon (three vertical dots) at the top right of the team block.
4. Click Edit.
5. Change the phone number.
6. Click Save.

So if a young person swaps phones the night before, or the number you gave turns out to be wrong, just update it — no need to contact us.

📍 These are the numbers we use to reach a team in an emergency and to send out the digital team packs on the morning, so it's worth checking them before you set off. They're nothing to do with the Primary Phone in the app.
