Can we reserve or hold spaces?
No — we don't offer reserved or provisional places. A space is only yours once it's booked and paid for.
If you know roughly how many people you'll bring but not yet who they are, you can upload a spreadsheet of dummy names and pay for those places in the usual way. Two things to be aware of:
- Dummy names must be replaced with real names before the cut-off deadline.
- If you don't end up needing all the places, you can delete those players — but refunds are chargeable.
