We've missed the deadline — can we still book?

No — once the cut-off deadline has passed we can't take any more groups or players. There's a great deal to do in the three weeks between the deadline and the Run, and it all depends on the data staying still.

There are no spaces left

We're not able to offer a waiting list.

A small number of places do sometimes come back before the cut-off, as group coordinators finalise their teams and remove players they no longer need. It's worth checking the booking system again rather than giving up.
