How do I cancel our group entirely?

Delete your players first, then the account — deleting the account on its own does not refund anything.

1. Remove your players on the Players page. This is what triggers any refund due, and it has to be done before the cut-off deadline.
2. Log in, click your name in the top right, then Account Settings and Delete Account.
3. Click the big red button.

⚠️ There's no undo. Once the account is gone you'd have to start from scratch if you changed your mind — and if the Run has sold out in the meantime, there may be no places left to come back to.

If you're only cutting back rather than pulling out altogether, you can reduce the number of teams instead.
